When one of the world’s leading shopping center companies needed a solution to limited parking at its Santa Anita Mall location, the general contractor turned to Clark Pacific and precast concrete for a parking solution. The result was a 133,000 square foot Total Precast parking structure that includes precast shear walls, double tees, and elevator shafts made from precast. The parking structure provides 344 parking spots and also features architecturally finished structural elements, or “Archi-structural” precast.
