This 2.8 million square foot, office building located in Cupertino, CA and designed by world-renowned architect Norman Foster (Foster + Partners) houses over 14,000 employees in one central four-storied office building. The building includes two levels of underground parking, as well as two stand-along parking structures. Sometimes likened to a spaceship, the iconic circular office building is thought to be the largest precast framed office building ever built.
Clark Pacific provided all of the architectural and structural precast concrete components, which make up a majority of the office building. In total, over 2.5 million square feet of precast concrete was used to produce the columns, beams, walls, fascia, beam covers and Void Slabs.
