Emery Yards is a newly developed, multi-building laboratory and office campus designed specifically for the life sciences industry. Located in the heart of Emeryville—an emerging biotech hub in the Bay Area—it offers over one million square feet of state-of-the-art scientific workspace. The campus consists of four purpose-built research buildings and a centralized parking structure, all enhanced by modern amenities.
For Building Two, Clark Pacific produced and erected the Architectural Precast building envelope with inlayed brick. Since its opening, the building has achieved LEED Gold certification.
