Schedule compression was paramount for this casino project located in the foothills of Central California. Coupled with a relative shortage of local skilled labor, an offsite prefabricated building approach was important to the successful delivery of this 850-stall structure. Clark Pacific collaborated with the architect, SEOR and construction manager to manufacture and erect a complete prefabricated concrete structure for the project. The on-site assembly of the prefabricated concrete was completed in only 5 weeks and the whole structure was turned over to the owner on time to support the rest of the casino build out.
