Home to Visa’s Global Headquarters, this 13-story, nearly 300,000-square-foot commercial building is located between Dr. Maya Angelou Way, Bridgeview Way and Toni Stone Crossing and borders the edge of China Basin Park. Inspired by the geologic rock formations of California’s Devil’s Postpile near Yosemite National Park, the building features dramatic views of the San Francisco Bay and Oracle Park along with 360-degree retail at the ground-floor level.
Clark Pacific’s architectural precast panels feature fluted profiles with a large window-to-wall ratio (70/30) to maximize views. To deliver a unique rooftop event space, the design includes precast roof panels that are finished on the front and back sides.
