Located in downtown Sacramento, the new Sacramento Criminal Courthouse will extend across approximately 550,000 square feet and consist of 53 new courtrooms spanning over 18 stories. 

Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, the courthouse will cover an entire city block and house the court’s criminal and civil operations. It will also include a large jury assembly room, a civil settlement center, a mechanical penthouse, and electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, audio/visual, and security systems. The facade system is Clark Pacific’s Architectural Precast Concrete and features a polished finish throughout. The new Sacramento Courthouse will consolidate operations from three different facilities.
