A variety of Architectural Precast concrete is used to clad this 250,000 SF county office building in Stockton, CA. Two colors are featured on the exterior of the building in addition to the 11,000 SF of brick-faced precast and 7,300 SF of granite-clad precast. The brick-faced precast helps to incorporate the look of the existing historic buildings within the city of Stockton, while the 7,300 sf of granite-clad precast gives the distinguished look of a new government building. The precast panels terminate against an expansive glass atrium and lobby, designed to symbolize open and transparent government. The building received LEED® Gold certification from the Green Building Certification Institute.
