The Californian on Wilshire is a 23-story, 80-unit luxury condominium tower with a 245-car, subterranean garage.

Clark Pacific provided design-build services for the exterior cladding. The 95,000 SF precast solution included an elegant integrally colored finish. Panels included spandrels and column covers as well as intricately figured balcony segments designed to replicate a finished metal look. Some panels also included integrally cast marble and granite stone elements.
