ZO 1700 Webster

Oakland, California

Located in Oakland, California, 1700 Webster stands tall with a mix of neutral coloring combined with a burst of colors towards the lower part of the building. In developing the structure of this project, we used a second mix color of dark charcoal to convert some of the project’s façade to our Infinite Façade, which increased our scope substantially. Additionally, as illustrated by the exterior, we also developed a custom solution for the bullnose feature on these same charcoal panels to allow a seamless look. Finally, through assemblies on the white panels, we created a deep 3-dimensional feature to the façade.
